What training did you do prior to the event?
What was the longest you had run before the event?
How long did you train with a pack before the event?
Is there any training that you wished you had done before but hadn’t?
How much of the event did you actually run?
Did you use a HRM or Garmin forerunner?
What was your game regards running and walking?
Any chance of a kit list please?
What food did you take?
What was your daily menu?
What drink did you take?
What cooking and eating utensils did you take?
What did you wear whilst sleeping?
What did you wear in the evening?
Is there any kit that you wished you had brought but had not?
Was personal hygiene a problem (i.e. washing water bottles etc as well as your self!)
Did you use Gaiters (home made or bought)?
How much bigger were your shoes and was this the right choice?
Did you use any lubricant? (Please give clean answers!)

What was your regime regards hydration and eating whilst doing the event?
