I agree, Rego was a great way to recover after finishing. Especially strawberry flavour!
Peparami's!! Man I'll definately take extra out with me the next time! So nice after getting into the tent. And I'm a Dietitian!!
Endurolytes! I think everyone in tent 90 was on them and no one to my knowledge suffered swollen feet, until on the bus back to the hotel when we stopped taking the electrolytes! I'd highly recommend them!
Agree with Davey P on ReGo (preferred chocolate) and Endurolytes (though can't find a website to buy them from).
If I did it again I'd not take any savouries for the running and live on Go Gels, Go drink, Haribo and Skittles. Evening would be spicy savouries (dehydrated hot main meal, Peperamis, two packs of NikNaks).
What didn't work. GoBars were too chewy and needed too much water to wash down. If trying to eat in sandstorm when mouth covered then had trouble breathing.
Personally, I'd stick to cold breakfast because it was easier to make and you have more to worry about packing up kit and preparing feet.

Skittles - fantastic results. I could quite happily spend the rest of my days without ever eating another skittle again.
Coffee bags ..... I was feeling absolute crap at the end of Day 2 when Ian in our tent (91) gave me a coffee bag - I'm in debt forever.
